Yes, all our tours of Charleston are walking tours. The Charleston Ghost tour is a little over half a mile. The daytime Charleston Historical Walking Tour is usually around 2 miles. All tours are at a leisurely pace.
Yes, we use the public streets and sidewalks of Charleston on our Ghost Tours & History Tours. All are accessible. The sidewalks are historic and very uneven. Endurance and bumpy terrain are the only drawbacks.
Wear comfortable shoes. Water is highly recommended as is bug spray. Bring a mask just in case.

No we operate rain or shine. The tours are all outside and there is no cover so an umbrella is definitely recommended. We do not offer refunds due to rain unless requested 24 hours before the tour start time. Rain on a Charleston Ghost Tour just makes it better.
